Trying to figure it all out?
Talk to one of our Client Services team members about anything related to home care services or your long-term care needs at home. This can be a learning opportunity for you and your family, even well in advance of initating services.
Give us a call to begin the process of getting the right home care plan in place. During the first conversation, you can share as much or as little information about you or your loved one as you would like. You may want to consider a few important questions beforehand:
Of course, it’s important for us to understand your health conditions and any safety concerns in the home. But we also want to know about you as a person. What is most important to you in life ? What are your favorite activities ?
Following the initial phone consultation(s), we’ll often send one of our Client Services team members to meet you at home. For us, there is no better way to learn about you than a face-to-face meeting. And this is also great chance for you to learn more about our services and people.
We can also communicate with families members or professionals, such as geriatric care managers, hospital social workers, or medical providers who many have important information to share.
One of the most important things we can do is provide you with choice when selecting the caregiver who will be at your side. Take a moment to consider what qualities are most important to you. You will have the opportunity to choose from candidates selected specifically for you. That’s why it is so important for our Client Services team to learn about you during our discovery process.
